Our team reviews your documents and confirms availability, then sends the rental agreement for e-signature. No surprises before you sign.

At pickup
Pickup & walkthrough
Whether you collect the car at our Orlando location or we deliver it to MCO airport, your handover is unhurried and thorough. We want you confident behind the wheel before you pull away.
- ID & agreement. We confirm your identity, review the signed rental agreement, and answer any last questions.
- Deposit authorization. The refundable security deposit is authorized on your card — it's a hold, not a charge, and releases after return.
- Condition walkthrough. We inspect the vehicle together and document its condition, inside and out, so there's a clear record.
- Controls & handover. We walk you through the car's controls, drive modes, and features, then hand over the keys.

Need to keep the car longer? Extensions are simple — just reach out before your return time and, if the vehicle is available, we'll add the days at your daily rate.
