Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Redline Exotic Rentals & Sales LLC website and your rental of any vehicle from us. By making a reservation or renting a vehicle, you agree to these terms and to the specific terms of your signed rental agreement, which controls in the event of any conflict.

Renters and all additional drivers must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid driver's license, meet our insurance requirement, and pass identity verification. Full details are in our Rental Requirements. We may decline any rental at our discretion.

Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a booking. Reservations are confirmed only after we review your documents, verify availability, and you sign the rental agreement. We'll contact you promptly to complete this process.

Rental prices are shown per day and are subject to Florida sales tax of 6%. Delivery fees, optional Redline coverage, and any applicable charges are itemized before you confirm. Discounts, where offered, apply to the rental base only and are applied at checkout.

Payment is made by a major credit card in the primary renter's name. A refundable security deposit is authorized as a hold at pickup, separate from your rental total.

The vehicle may be operated only by drivers approved and listed on the rental agreement, and:

• In a lawful, careful manner, obeying all traffic laws
• Within any geographic limits stated on your agreement
• Using the correct premium fuel grade for the vehicle

The following are strictly prohibited and may void coverage and forfeit your deposit:

• Racing, track use, speed contests, or off-road driving
• Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Any illegal activity, or transporting illegal goods
• Allowing unapproved or unlisted drivers to operate the vehicle
• Subleasing, ride-share, or commercial use
• Smoking in the vehicle, or transporting pets without prior approval
• Towing, pushing, or overloading the vehicle

The renter is responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including damage, loss, theft, tolls, citations, and related costs, subject to the applicable insurance option. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Redline Exotics is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a rental or use of this website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redline Exotic Rentals & Sales LLC, its owners, and staff from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of a vehicle or your breach of these terms or your rental agreement.

Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy: a full refund for cancellations 7 or more days before pickup, and forfeiture of the deposit for cancellations within 7 days.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your reservation applies to that rental. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
