Mileage & Fuel Policy

Last updated: July 2026

Generous daily miles and a simple, honest fuel policy. Here's what's included and how any extras are handled.

01Included mileage

Every Redline rental includes 125 miles per day. The allowance is calculated across your full rental — for example, a three-day rental includes 375 miles to use however you like across those days.

For most Orlando trips — Winter Park, Kissimmee, Lake Buena Vista, the coast and back — the daily allowance is more than enough.

02Mileage overage

Miles driven beyond the included allowance are billed per mile at the overage rate disclosed on your rental agreement. The rate is provided in writing before you sign, so you always know where you stand.

Any overage is totaled at return and may be settled against your security deposit.

03Planning a longer drive?

If you know you'll cover more than the included miles, let us know before your trip. Where available, we can arrange additional mileage in advance — often at a better rate than settling overage after the fact. Just contact us before pickup.

04Fuel policy

Our vehicles are provided with a set fuel level, and we ask that you return the car with the same level it left with (typically full-to-full). This keeps things simple and fair.

  • Return at the pickup fuel level and there's nothing more to do.
  • Return below the pickup level and a refueling charge applies — the cost of the missing fuel plus a refueling service fee, as noted on your agreement.
  • Use the correct fuel grade for the vehicle. Our exotics require premium fuel; misfueling damage is the renter's responsibility.
